Typical Singaporean Life

Met up at Harbourfront to have a good brunch before we start our adventure in sentosa. Took a cab down to sentosa and the first adventure was the "luge and skyride".

 

We had some fun with the first adventure. It was very fun riding the luge down from a hill. And we are not toking about straight road down from the hill.. but curvy roads with lots of bends. Very exciting.......

 

Checked in at silsco beach resort at 2.40pm.... Had a 15min rest in the room before we went up to the swimming pool located at the 5th level to have a dip. Omg.. it's salt water.... strange encounter... first time a resort having a sea water pool. O well, we still have fun in the pool as you can imagine the cool sea waters reliving the heat off from our bodies. Spent abt an hour in there before having a quick shower to be prepared for our dinner. We picked sakai as our dining place for the evening. Due to our hunger... we just feel that everthing seems nice and normal.

 

After dinner, we also tried the new attraction in sentosa... "Songs of the sea". Wonderful water and fireworks displays, although the storyline seems kind of a little boring and childish. That's maybe why i noticed those kids who attended this musical play seems to enjoy the story as compared to the adults who are more focused with the effects and displays.

 

After the event, we went down to somewhere near rasa sentosa whereby there is a event called "Jazz by the beach". Wonderful performance by some lady whom i have forgetten her name and her band. Although, i'm not a jazz fanatic, but i feel that her performance do give me some form of relaxation.

 

That event lasted till around 10pm and from there, we returned back to our resort to have a warm and relax bath before retiring for the day.

 

 

 

 

 

Well it's my 2nd entry and this time round i sharing my joy. I had a wonderful night outing with my wife on last sat. We went to chinatown to do some CNY shopping but we went home empty-handed as we couldn't find anything that we both liked. Later we went to kbox for singing competition. it was me vs my wife. :P hahaha.... well of course i lost to my wife as i'm not a good singer. :)

 

Although the outing lasted about 5hrs, but i really enjoyed every minute of it as we seldom have this kind of outing often(both of us are busy with work).

 

Although i can't be much help to ease her workload in her job, but i really hope i can bring happiness to her in other propects.

 

Haha.... CNY is coming and it's time for spring cleaning again.... Sianz.....
